  • Appointments are typically available Tuesday - Friday daytime hours.

  • We require a full 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • We are accepting new clients as of Oct 1st. New client phone consultations are welcome anytime, but first full sessions can only be booked after Oct 1st. Thank you!

  • Please note that as of Sept 1, 2026 rates are increasing to $170 (individual 50 min appt) and pro-rated for other session types. This adjustment reflects the BCACC fee schedule and is in alignment with ongoing clinical & professional development. Please reach out with concerns or questions.

Whether you are looking for individual or couples counselling, empathy and connection heal, and this is at the heart of my work. Here, you can heal from your trauma.

You have wanted to begin your counselling experience for awhile, but it’s overwhelming. Perhaps shame from the past has kept you from reaching out…because shame isolates. Your anxiety is weighing you down. It might be that you’re not sure where you would start. Walking beside you, gently helping navigate the hard moments, and processing those is where I do my best work with clients.
